Sullivan Tire & Auto Service

I picked up a nail in my tire, and even though they had a full schedule, they managed to squeeze me in. They took care of it promptly and, best of all, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. That was greatly appreciated! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Don’t go here for your AC. Last Wednesday I had an appointment with them to figure out what was wrong with my AC and to fix it. I get there and they tell me they can’t take my car in because “the guy that does AC repairs isnt here” you would think they would call everyone that had an AC appointment and reschedule/cancel. I was understanding and rescheduled with them for this Wednesday. I go in and drop my car off and everything is well! I call them about 5 hours after dropping my car off just to get the status of the car. They tell me that they haven't even gotten to it yet despite my appointment being scheduled at 8am the prior week. They couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it. I walked away today again with no AC. Its the middle of summer I just need my AC fixed. Why reschedule with me when you know you don't have enough guys to get the job done? Obviously they didn’t charge me because they didn't even touch it! I get being understaffed, my biggest issue is the lack of communication on their part.

I've been using this garage for over 10 years and have always had positive experiences. The work is solid, the prices are reasonable, and the scheduling is more accurate than what small garages are able to maintain. I've always been treated with respect by the managers, past and present, and I fully trust the current manager Adam.

My recent visit to Sullivan Tire was outstanding! The manager, the crew, and the receptionist did a 110 percent job and completed my service and evaluation of my vehicle within a very reasonable amount of time. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you very much for the outstanding visit and experience!

I am always 100% satisfied with the service at Sullivan Tire. It is easy to make appointments at convenient times. All of the staff members are cordial and helpful. They keep me informed while I am waiting, and the wait is never unreasonably long for the job being done. The work is top quality and the prices are fair and reasonable.
